Six: The Dragon’s Thoughts You could not remember falling asleep, but you woke up in the morning and settled upon the bed, your bed as if nothing had happened. In fact, sitting up and looking around the place, you could see no sign of the huge dragon that had filled it or any sign of the other being that had been so rough with you. It was rather shocking to think that last night, one dragon you’d thought to be on your side had tried to force things from you and the one that you had lied to and been against, had been the one to save you. It startled you, in fact it embarrassed you to think that last night had revealed that despite all the hardship you had brought him and the lies… you had been saved by him. Very quickly, you felt humiliated in the manner of any suddenly seeing the light of day and seeing how you’d been used by all parties. The only thing that had been your choice had been the fact you’d wanted to be away from the rest of them, no longer a servant and on an
